The room at St Nicholas Street in Lincoln was super cozy and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, with a relaxed vibe that made me feel instantly at ease. The two bathrooms with showers were a plus, making staying with friends or family so convenient.
Personally, I found the lighting in the room a bit dim. But hey, some people might prefer a more moody ambiance, right?

We stayed at St Nicholas Street for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the old precinct of Lincoln. The house was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. The rooms were a good size and the additional bathroom was a great convenience for our two families. Rachel, the host, was responsive and helpful. a lovely house in a brilliant location.

The patio was a lovely spot to sip my tea and pretend to be posh. RAF Coningsby Airport was conveniently close for when I needed to escape this delightful place. The garden made me feel like a true lady, surrounded by nature.
Oh, how I dreaded the abundance of towels in the holiday home. How on earth does one choose which soft, fluffy towel to use?

Great location, just a short walk to the main attractions. Loved the fact that there was a kitchen with all the necessary appliances - perfect for making a romantic dinner for two. The property was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable stay.
The stairs were incredibly creaky, making it difficult for us light sleepers to get a decent night's rest. The beds were small and not very comfortable, making it hard to drift off into dreamland.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! It had everything we needed for a family stay, from cooking to sleeping to relaxing after a long walk. The property also had books for the little ones and interesting reading for the adults. It was like a home away from home with the folder full of suggestions on what to do and all the appliance manuals. The washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and oven were super convenient. Finding the place and getting the keys was a breeze, and the staff made sure everything was okay without intruding on our privacy. The secluded garden and private entry were a jaw-dropping bonus, and the quiet street made it feel like a peaceful oasis. Plus, it was just a short walk to the castle, cathedral, grocery shops, and pubs. The beds were so comfortable, and the property was immaculate. The location was also fantastic, with easy on-street parking and close proximity to the main road and bus route. The owner was amazing at communicating and the property had all the facilities we needed for a weekend away. We were on a girls break and would definitely rebook here again! Such a lovely traditional house, thoroughly modernized and welcoming. The large screen TV and well-equipped kitchen were delightful surprises. And the location couldn't have been better, with easy walking access to the city center and historic attractions. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our family of five. The owner provided all the necessary information and was always available if needed. We would definitely stay here again if we return to this amazing city.
